Get a copy of everything your account holds, as a file other services can read.
You can download a copy of everything your account holds, at any time, as one file that other services can read (JSON).
How to download it
- Go to Settings, Security.
- Under Your data, press Download your data. You may be asked to confirm your password.
- Your browser saves a file named like
beseen-bio-data-2026-01-31.json.
What is in it
- Your account details.
- Every page, with its addresses, blocks and settings.
- Your Messages inbox.
- Links to your photos and other media.
Passwords and two-factor secrets are never included.
Only the account’s owner can download it. Someone from our team who is viewing your account to help you cannot.
