Delete your account
What is deleted, what is kept, and how to do it.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Download your data first if you want a copy.
How to delete it
- Go to Settings, Security.
- Under Delete account, press the delete button.
- Enter your password to confirm.
What is deleted
Your pages and everything on them go with the account: blocks, media, your Messages inbox, statistics and addresses. Your addresses become free for others to claim.
What we keep
The privacy policy lists exactly what stays and why. In short: a few details that make sure your account’s internal key is never reused, and the records of purchases and coins, no longer linked to your account, so we can answer refund, chargeback and accounting questions.
Purchases
Premium, badges, coins and anything else you bought end with the account, and deleting an account is not a reason for a refund. See the refund policy.
