Before you write, the documentation may already have the answer, with step-by-step help for every part of beseen.

General questions

Questions about beseen, ideas and feedback: email contact@beseen.bio.

To talk to a person, join our Discord server and open a ticket, or send a message to an owner.

Found a bug or have an idea? Post it on our Discord server: the team rewards useful bug reports and suggestions with BeSeen Coins.

Your account and your data

Help with your account, signing in, your pages or your personal data (seeing, correcting or deleting it): email support@beseen.bio, or open a ticket on our Discord server. Write from the email address of your account, so we can find it.

You can do most things yourself in your settings: change your details, download your data or delete your account.

Purchases and refunds

A problem with something you bought by card: email support@beseen.bio with the reference on the receipt Stripe sent you. The refund policy explains when you can get your money back.

Reporting a page

If a page breaks our terms (a scam, harassment, someone pretending to be you, or anything illegal), use the Report button on that page while you are logged in: it goes straight to our staff. Without an account, email legal@beseen.bio with the page’s address and what is wrong. How reporting works.

Copyright and trademark requests

If a page uses your work or your brand without permission, follow the steps on the copyright and reports page, then email legal@beseen.bio. That page lists what your request has to contain.

Security problems

If you found a security problem in beseen, email support@beseen.bio with “Security” in the subject and the steps to see it. Please do not share the details anywhere public until we have fixed it. If your own account was taken over, write to the same address from the email address of the account.

Legal questions

Questions about our terms, the privacy policy or a legal request: email legal@beseen.bio.
