Sign-in problems
Cannot log in, no confirmation email, lost your two-factor device.
I did not get the confirmation email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- On the “Check your email” page, press Send the link again.
- If the address is wrong, choose Wrong address? Change it.
I forgot my password
Choose Trouble logging in? on the log-in page and ask for a reset link. It works for 60 minutes. See Signing in.
I lost my two-factor device
Log in with your password, then choose Use a recovery code instead. Without a recovery code, write to us from the email address of the account.
Discord or Google will not sign me in
- “Your Discord account has no verified email.” Verify your email on Discord, or sign up with your email instead.
- “An account with this email already exists.” Log in with your password, then connect Discord or Google in Settings, Account.
- “That took too long.” Start again with the same button.
- “Already connected to another account.” That Discord account belongs to another beseen account. Disconnect it there first.
The security check keeps failing
Wait for it to finish before you press the button. If it says it expired or is not responding, wait a moment for it to restart, then try again.
“This account is banned”
