Getting started

Create and publish your first page

Name your page, choose its address and make it public when it is ready.

Name your page

Right after you confirm your email address, beseen asks you to name your first page:

  1. Name on the page: the name visitors see, up to 60 characters. You can change it at any time.
  2. Address: the end of your page’s link, for example beseen.bio/yourname. The field checks it as you type and says “Free. You can change it later.” when you can have it.
  3. Press Create my page.

What an address can be

  • 3 to 30 characters.
  • Lowercase letters, numbers, dots, dashes and underscores, starting and ending with a letter or a number.
  • Not already used by someone else, and not one of the names we keep for the site itself (such as pricing or login).

You can rename it later. See Page addresses and aliases.

The setup tour

A short tour then walks you through the basics: adding your photo and name, picking a look, adding your first integration or link, previewing and making the page public, and sharing your address. A step counts only once its change is saved. You can skip a step or the whole tour, and replay it later from Settings, Account, Replay setup tour.

Make it public

Every new page starts private: visitors who open its address see a “not found” page, and only you can open it. When you are ready:

  • On Home in your dashboard, switch the page to Public. This saves at once, and you can press Undo.
  • Or in the editor, choose Public in the top bar and press Save changes.

Share your address

On Home, Your page address has a Copy button, and Share… opens X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram or LinkedIn with your link. To change how the link looks when it is shared, see Social preview.
