Buying in the Shop

Everything you can buy is in the Shop in your dashboard. The pricing page shows what is on sale and the current prices.

What is sold

• Premium.
• The Vanguard badge, while it lasts (by card only, never for coins).
• Badge Emblems, each one a badge of your own.
• Extra aliases (coins only). See Page addresses and aliases.

Paying with coins

1. Make sure you have enough BeSeen Coins. Coins are rewards you earn, for example for reporting bugs or suggesting ideas; they are not for sale. Your balance is in the top bar.
2. In the Shop, choose Buy with coins on a product. The Vanguard badge has no such button: it is sold by card only.
3. Check the summary (what you get, the cost and your balance after) and confirm.

It is unlocked at once. If the price changed while the window was open, the Shop asks you to check it and confirm again.

Paying by card

Premium, the Vanguard badge and Badge Emblems can also be paid for by card:

1. Choose the pay by card button on a product. You go to Stripe’s own checkout page.
2. Pay there. Link, Stripe’s payment service, sells our products as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, sends your receipt and handles payment questions.
3. When you are done, you come back to beseen. What you bought is unlocked as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds.

We never see or store your card details. Prices by card are in euros and include VAT.

Your purchases

Shop, Purchase history lists what you bought by card and every coin you earned, spent or got back. Settings, Plan shows your plan and your purchases.

If something goes wrong

If a card checkout could not open, nothing was charged: try again in a moment. For anything else, see Refunds and Contact.
