Links, blocks, badges and integrations
Spotify, YouTube, Twitch and Discord
Add a player or a server card, and what your visitors see before they press play.
What to paste
| Block | Paste |
|---|---|
| Spotify | A link to a track, album, playlist, episode, show or artist from open.spotify.com. |
| YouTube | A video, Short, live, playlist or channel link from YouTube (/@name, /channel/…, or just @name). |
| Twitch | A Twitch channel link, or just the channel’s name. |
| Discord server | An invite link, such as https://discord.gg/yourserver. |
| Discord user | Nothing: it shows your own Discord profile. Connect Discord in Settings, Account first. |
Spotify options
If you like, add a label of up to 30 characters; it shows under the title. Visitors see the cover and a Play button, and pressing it asks whether to open the track, album or playlist on Spotify.
What your visitors see first
Spotify, YouTube, Twitch and SoundCloud cards never embed a player. Visitors see the picture and a Play button. Pressing it, or any other button or link on an integration card that leads to another service, opens a small pop-out showing what they are about to open and asking whether to leave; only then do they go there, in a new tab. The pictures in these blocks come through our own server, so showing them shares nothing.
If a link is refused
The editor tells you which kind of link it expected. Copy the link again from the service’s own share button, and make sure it points to something public.
